Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change so please contact us as soon as possible on +353872562356 or email us at info@selfcateringcavan.ie as soon as you know that your stay with us will be disrupted.

If a last minute booking is obtained that covers the duration of your cancelled stay within the time periods below, you will not be charged as per our cancellation policy.

Within 2 weeks of booking, 50% of your total stay will be charged.
​
Within 5 days of booking, the total cost of your stay will be charged.
Animal Policy
There is a strict no animal policy inside the house.

There is storage space for horse boxes on the grounds.
​
There is also a dog kennel within a fenced area if you wish to use it for your pet. Use of the kennel is at the owner's discretion and it is the responsibility of the owner to clean up the kennel after use.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €150 must be transferred, via PayPal or Bank Transfer, 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

If you notice anything is broken or seems to be missing during your stay please notify us as soon as possible. Otherwise your security deposit may be affected. Note that this it is not intended that your security deposit is used on a whim and we have been lucky to always had guests treat the premises with respect.

To allow us time to inspect the premises fully, your full deposit will be refunded 48 hours after the completion of your stay provided there is no damage or missing items.
